This is probably the best figure I have ever made. It's HUGE in comparison to my other figures, it's probably 4 inches tall. It took WAY too much clay. I probably used 3 and a half blocks total on it. I sculpted it with manicure tools, since I have no other use for that sort of stuff. They work well, precision stuff. I individually cut every finger and toe. The hand on his knee if you noticed, is incredibly awesome. He was sculpted in a sitting position, meaning baking him was a process in and of itself. He's sitting on a measuring cup in the picture, by the way.
Time elapsed:
Sculpting head: One hour
Sculpting body: Three hours
Sculpting details: One hour
Baking: One Hour
Photos: 20 minutes
Arranging photos: 40 minutes (damn slow compy >.> )
So yeah, this took me all day, so you all better think it's awesome or else
Well, it was pretty tough but worth it. I sculpt a lot though, probably half my gallery is little figurines that I make... and they didn't start out that hot! I'm glad you like my Kakashi-sama.
Heee he even has his little book For some reason I really like his feet and yes the hands look really cool too. Oh and you even out the folds in the clothes, now that's great! Really great job well done
